At Bold & Bliss Store, we strive to offer competitive pricing and ensure you feel confident in your purchase.


Our Price Adjustment Policy:

If an item you purchased at full price on Bold & Bliss Store goes on sale or is subject to a temporary promotional discount within 7 days of your original purchase date, you may be eligible for a price adjustment.


How to Request a Price Adjustment:

Contact Us: To request a price adjustment, please contact our Customer Support team at  info@boldbliss.store or through our Contact Us page within the 7-day window.


Provide Information: Include your original order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to have adjusted, along with a link or screenshot showing the current lower price.


Processing: Once approved, the difference in price will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement.


Important Notes:

Price adjustments are only applicable to items that were purchased at full price. Items originally purchased during a sale, with a promotional code, or as part of a special offer (e.g., "Buy One Get One Free") are not eligible for further price adjustments.

The item must be the exact same style, color, and size as your original purchase to qualify.

Price adjustments are limited to one per item.


This policy does not apply to temporary promotions like "flash sales," limited-time offers, or special holiday sales that last less than 48 hours.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice.
