Return and Refund Policy

At Bold Bliss, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
Some health and personal care items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at info@boldbliss.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@boldbliss.store and we will provide instructions.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at info@boldbliss.store with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
