Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lingerie and intimate apparel

  • Beauty and skincare devices

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry

  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items


📦 Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.


🔄 Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.


💬 Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
