Thank you for shopping at Bold Bliss! We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience, including reliable and efficient shipping services.


1. Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Bold Bliss is not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, strikes).


3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


4. Domestic Shipping (United States)


We ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. Bold Bliss is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


5. International Shipping


Currently, Bold Bliss only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes


Since we only ship domestically within the United States, you will not incur international customs duties or taxes from Bold Bliss.

Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by law based on your shipping address.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages


Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at info@boldbliss.store with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or apartment office. If you still cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. After contacting the carrier, if the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to us at info@boldbliss.store, and we will assist you.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address


If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@boldbliss.store. We will do our best to correct it before the order is shipped. However, once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address, and you may be responsible for re-shipping costs if the package is returned to us.
