Shipping Policy for Bold & Bliss
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $6.00
- Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days): $12.00
- Next-Day Shipping (1 business day): $21.00
Shipping rates may vary based on your location and the size/weight of the items purchased.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Bold & Bliss is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at knightbarbara17@gmail.com with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please email us at knightbarbara17@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
