🔄 How to Start a Return

Email us at info@boldbliss.store within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and the reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

✅ What Items Are Returnable?

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:

Must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Lace must be uncut and unmodified

Must include all original packaging (wig bag, tags, accessories, etc.)

🚫 What Items Are Non-Refundable?

To protect hygiene and quality standards, the following items are non-returnable:

Wigs that have been worn, cut, washed, or styled

Clearance or final sale items

Custom-made or custom-colored wigs

Wig accessories (combs, caps, adhesives, etc.)
