Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Bold & Bliss, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


📦 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, wigs, earrings, and intimate items are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Final sale and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Need a different size, color, or style? Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • If your exchange request is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt for proof of return.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will prioritize a fast resolution.

  2. Wait for our return confirmation and instructions.
  3. Ship your item and keep the tracking info.
