Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Bold & Bliss, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
📦 Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, wigs, earrings, and intimate items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Final sale and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
🔁 Exchanges
- Need a different size, color, or style? Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to item availability.
- If your exchange request is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt for proof of return.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will prioritize a fast resolution.
