At Bold & Bliss, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, wigs, earrings, and intimate items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Final sale and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to item availability.

If your exchange request is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt for proof of return.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will prioritize a fast resolution.
